¿Qué significa fetichista?
Un fetichista sexual es alguien que experimenta excitación o gratificación sexual a través de un objeto, una parte del cuerpo, una actividad o una situación específicos que no suelen asociarse con la excitación sexual para la mayoría de las personas. Este objeto o estímulo se conoce como fetiche. Los fetiches pueden variar mucho, desde partes específicas del cuerpo como los pies o el pelo hasta objetos como ropa o zapatos de cuero, o incluso actividades concretas como los juegos de rol o las dinámicas de dominación/sumisión.
Es importante señalar que tener un fetiche es un aspecto común de la sexualidad humana y no indica necesariamente un problema o una desviación del comportamiento sexual normal. Mientras el fetiche no cause angustia o daño a uno mismo o a otros y se incorpore consensuadamente a las actividades sexuales, se considera una variación normal de la expresión sexual.
